Spanglish and butterflies

Y definitivamente las siento revoloteando por todo mi cuerpo, como las luces brillantes de un árbol en noche buena, como un pedazo de cielo estrellado sobre una tibia noche de verano.

I feel butterflies all over my stomach, I feel they are living there. Sometimes they get a little confused and start feeling like birds making a nest in my chest. They are flying around and behind my ears. They are running so fast through my fingers like if they were planes taking off.

Butterflies are all over my body and they all together can’t stop saying your name.
